UX inspiration from Google Material Design for Text Box Validation

Recently, on checking UX of Google Drive Forums. I came across how google has handled validation states for Text Box , Below are screenshots

Clearly indicated Min 10 characters required. Max 100 Character limit. Usually some of us show a error message after user enters. By giving user a hint of characters it reduces user input errors.

By doing some small tweaks in User interface it makes user experience much better.
